Building quality relationships with clients throughout the value chain is essential for ensuring satisfaction.
The process of assessing client satisfaction is implemented and conducted at least once a year. Local and global results enable us to conduct a continuous improvement policy and increase the level of satisfaction among all Bureau Veritas clients.
Our «lean management» process underpins continuous improvement and positively impacts customer satisfaction. We use it for planning, route optimization, data management, project tracking and digitizing projects and reports. This enables us to strengthen customer relationship by delivering solutions tailored to their specific needs and expectations.
Our operational excellence also depends on a quality management system that underlies the Group's organizational structure, which ensures that Bureau Veritas maintains the same standards worldwide and across all sectors.

Bureau Veritas is committed to promoting and protecting human rights, regardless of the country or project we are called upon to undertake.
